Mission

We support and amplify the work of grassroots organizations by building equitable funding relationships and co-creating accessible, community-led systems. Using our position, we aim to simplify access and reduce gatekeeping of information. As a charitable hub, we work alongside equity-seeking groups to share knowledge, build capacity, and transform how resources flow in the non-profit sector within BC & Canada.

Vision

We envision a future where racialized, marginalized, and equity-seeking groups have the resources and agency to lead transformative change. RES exists to ensure grassroots organizations to be drivers of systems change in the non-profit sector, where they have the resources and agency to lead transformative change
