Our work
We envision a future where racialized, marginalized, and equity-seeking groups have the resources and agency to lead transformative change. RES exists to ensure grassroots organizations to be drivers of systems change in the non-profit sector, where they have the resources and agency to lead transformative change.
Our work casts a wide net, but currently, it primarily focuses on the development of educational resources, evidence-based research, and workshops in order to advance civic engagement opportunities and to build capacity in organizations and communities alike.
